The Steps to Success program is designed specifically for Mercy College students looking for additional support or resources. The Student Success Center staff will help students transition to Mercy College and support student success by providing a wide range of academic support services.

Student must be new student to Mercy College
Applications are reviewed in the order received
Enrollment is limited each semester
Students will participate in monthly check-ins with Student Success Center advisor or coordinator
Students will meet on a weekly basis
Students will attend weekly seminars either face-to-face, individual appointment, or by video
