REDISCOVER YOUR PASSION
At Mercy College of Health Sciences, we embrace the different paths students take to get to our classrooms. We are committed to ensuring your success — regardless of where you are in life. We have transfer articulation agreements with many colleges and universities throughout the region and accept a generous number of transfer credits. Our experienced faculty, advisors, and admissions team make transferring to Mercy College easy and personal.
Have you taken nine or more credits from a college or university following high school graduation? If so, you must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.25 on a 4.0 scale where the most recent nine or more credit hours were attempted to be admitted to Mercy College.
Mercy College accepts courses offered by accredited institutions of higher learning. Courses accepted as transfer credit must be of comparable content and length to Mercy College courses to be applied toward Core or degree requirements.
Common types of transfer credit include:
- Prior College Credit
- AP Credit
- College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
When applicable, transfer courses must meet the following guidelines for transfer:
- Minimum grade of C is required
- Transfer credit is limited to 90 semester hours
- Official transcripts from all institutions are required for an admission decision
Transferring made easy: view our transfer guides for local colleges and universities.
