If you are looking to add or change your major, please make an appointment to meet with your academic advisor. As with any change to academic enrollment, please be sure to review the Tuition and Fees for your chosen program prior. For questions tuition, fees, and other financial considerations, please contact the Financial Aid office at (515) 635-1133 or financialaid@mchs.edu.
If you are looking to add or change your minor or catalog year, please complete the appropriate form(s) below.
It is recommended to discuss any of these changes with your academic advisor prior to submission.
*Applicants who are not yet actively enrolled in classes at Mercy College do not need to complete this form. Please contact your admissions counselor or email admissions@mchs.edu if you wish to update your application to a different major or start term.
