IMPORTANT NOTES
- Use your new Trinity computers on WiFi ONLY unless you know your Ethernet/wired port has been switched.
- Other WiFis?
- PRIVATETH000A is the default Trinity Health secure network connections.
- MCHS-chistandard, MCHS-Student, Home, Hotels, etc can be connected to.
- iGuest cannot be connected to from a Trinity Health computer.
- Trinity SharePoint folders are updated from the old S: drive nightly.
- File Explorer!! Get to know and use it. That is where you will find your OneDrive and Trinity synced folder.
FAQ
Q. Can I change my printer names?
A. No. They named by Trinity Health IT using standard naming on a Print server and cannot be changed.
Q. Can I also sync files from my Mercy College OneDrive or Mercy College SharePoint sites?
A. No, this may take six months to a year and may never be possible due to Trinity Health security restrictions.
Q. Where is the old S drive?
A. The old S drive Common folders are at the link above and the secure group/department folders at at the link above on the left as well.
