Mercy College Student ID Photo and Parking Pass Information Submission

(Complete this only if you do not already have a Mercy College Student ID)

Scan the QR code below with your phone OR tap ON THE QR CODE IMAGE IF YOU ARE ON YOUR PHONE.

1. iPhone users must install the Microsoft PowerApps app for camera access.
2. Android user can either install the app or select “Continue in browser”.
3. Log in using your Mercy College Microsoft 365 account (first.last@my.mchs.edu).
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to take/upload your photo and enter your vehicle details.  Make sure you check the boxes and select submit to see the final confirmation screen.
5. You will be emailed when your badge is ready for pickup usually within two to five business days.
