Mercy College of Health Sciences Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Bringle, MBA, to its Board of Directors.

Bringle brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, recruiting, and financial services to the Mercy College Board. He currently serves as regional vice president of sales at Palmer Group, where he leads high-performing teams across multiple markets to deliver strategic growth and customized workforce solutions for clients ranging from mid-sized firms to Fortune 500 companies.

 

“Mike is a respected leader in financial operations, sales strategy, and workforce development,” said Mercy College President Dr. Adreain Henry, OD, EdD, MBA. “His expertise in talent acquisition and regional market trends will strengthen our ability to meet evolving community and industry needs.”

Before joining Palmer Group, Bringle held key financial roles at Wells Fargo, Kum & Go, and The Mudd Group. Bringle has built and scaled executive search practices, developed consultative sales strategies, and fostered long-term client relationships across accounting and finance, human resources, sales and marketing, and executive retained search.

Bringle earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bringle is committed to community service. He currently serves as community board president for Breakthrough T1D and has a long history of youth coaching and civic engagement.

The Mercy College of Health Sciences Board of Directors serves as the governing body of Mercy College and is committed, at a strategic level, to its fiduciary responsibilities of educational quality, fiscal integrity, and assuring the effectiveness of the College and its various constituencies.
