Work with existing internal medical center resources and external consultants to analyze the future direction of private health science college campuses that exist within urban settings to ensure that student learning and effective teaching remain the hallmark of the Mercy College campus.
Utilize data from the dynamic enrollment formula to establish future growth projections as indicated by key indicators associated with the formula through 2020 in order to ensure sufficient classrooms, offices, skills laboratories, library and learning resources to meet projections.
Explore opportunities to create or partner in developing additional undergraduate and/or graduate programs.
Hire a consultant to assist in the collection and analysis of market research to support which academic programs would best meet student, employer and institutional goals to determine appropriate additional certificate, baccalaureate and/or master’s programs are needed by health care sector.
Assess the timing for a Comprehensive Fundraising Campaign to meet annual, capital and endowment needs of the College.
Determine support from key stakeholders in order to launch a multi-year, comprehensive fund raising campaign to engage alumni, and current and prospective financial supporters with a goal to launch the silent phase of the campaign.
