Join us for graduation on April 26th

Where: Iowa Events Center, Hy-Vee Hall C
When: Friday, April 26th, 1:00 (pinning), 2:30 (commencement)

Join us as we celebreate the remarkable individuals that make up our Spring class of 2013. The Mercy College Commencement Ceremony is filled with the symbolism of our legacy, harkening back to the Sisters of Mercy who founded the first educational program in Des Moines back in 1899. From the academic mace carried in process by the President of the College Senate, to the celebration in sacred song familiar to Catholic traditions, our ceremony is both a celebration of the sacred and the academic.

Regardless of your religious tradition, we hope that you find joy in this celebration of our student's achievements after significant effort. Of special meaning during the ceremony is the optional participation in the Commissioning Ceremony where graduates hands are blessed for the sacred work of ministry in a health science profession.
