Rates

Mercy Court apartments and dorm rooms are leased by semester. Students pay per semester upon move-in.

Rates (per semester):

• Dorm, 4th floor, single – $2,500
• Dorm, 4th floor, double – $1,700/occupant

Deposit

The deposit on a three-semester lease is $100. We recommend that you place your deposits early as space is very limited.
