Administration
Program Chair
Program chair needed for the Bachelor's of Health Care Administration (HCA) program. Responsibilities include teaching, advising, monitoring student outcomes, and program administration.
Qualifications include a PhD or EdD; Master's in Health Care Administration or Business Administration and 5 years in healthcare administration including experience working in higher education.
Faculty Positions
Ultrasound Clinical Coordinator, Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (DMS)
Part-time instructor needed to teach didactic and clinical portions of the DMS program.
Qualifications include: bachelor’s degree, minimum two years experience as a full-time (35 hours/week) general sonographer, cardiac sonographer, and/or vascular technologist, credentials appropriate to the concentration(s) offered and proficiency in teaching methodology, supervision, instruction, evaluation and guidance.
Adjunct Faculty Positions
Nursing
Adjunct instructors are needed to teach in the clinical environments for the Associate of Nursing program.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 years experience as a RN. Current and valid Iowa Registered Nursing license is required.
CPR, ACLS and PALS
Adjunct instructors are needed to teach CPR, ACLS and PALS courses.
Qualifications include a BLS certification in CPR for the Healthcare Worker and experience in healthcare delivery. For ACLS and PALS instructors must have a current ACLS or PALS Instructor Certification and a minimum of 1 year experience as an ACLS or PALS provider.
Staff Positions
Manager of Student Success
The position will manage the Student Success programs for the College including the tutoring program, student success seminars, disability services and academic advisement for students.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in higher education, counseling, student services, academic advising, guidance, psychology or related field and 4 years experience in higher education.
Lab Assistant
Immediate need for a part-time (20 hours/week) lab assistant to help with set up, tear down and inventory of science labs. The position will also serve as the Chemical Hygiene Officer for the College.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in biiology or related field and demonstrated knowledge of practices and principles of basic laboratory operations.
Campus MInister
Seeking candidates for a new position. Position will be responsible for providing spiritual support and campus ministry to the College community. In addition, the position may have the opportunity to teach in the School of Liberal Arts and Science.
Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in theology, scripture, ministry or religious studies, 3 years experience working with young adult ministry, active Roman Catholic, and ability to teach in higher education.
