Clinical/Field Experience
I have worked my way up in the nursing field. I started working as a nurse's aide at a nursing home when I was 16. I worked on 9South at Mercy Medical Center as a nurse's aide while a student during my ASN program at Mercy College. Upon graduation, I was offered and accepted an RN position on 9South. After completion of my BSN I began to work in Mercy's ICU. I still work as a staff RN in the ICU PRN.
