Mercy College Benefits

Mercy College provides a variety of benefits to its employees, who are also employees of Mercy Medical Center – Des Moines.  Benefits are integrated with the Mercy pay plan to provide a comprehensive total compensation package and may require employee contributions for participation.  Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, prescription drug coverage, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, a CHI Employee Pension Plan, 403(b) retirement saving plan, tuition reimbursement options and dependent tuition exchange opportunities.
