Academic Complaints

Student’s formal, written complaints about academic issues are kept in the Office of the Dean of Academic Affairs. These records, including information about the disposition of the complaints handled internally and referred to external agencies for final resolution, will be available for review by agencies that accredit Mercy College. These procedures comply with Federal Title IV regulations. (See the Student Handbook)
