- Evaluating transfer credits
- Processing Student Change of Status Requests
- Posting course schedules
- Posting academic standing (President's List, Dean's List, Academic Probation, and Academic Dismissal)
- Certifying degree completions, conferring degrees and processing diplomas
- Issuing academic transcripts for the College
